Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their booking online up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
For cancellations within 24 hours, please contact us by email or via direct message on our official social media accounts.
Reservation changes must be made at least 48 hours before the session. No changes will be accepted after that time.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
If a customer cancels within 48 hours before the session or fails to show up without notice, 100% of the session fee will be charged. Please plan accordingly when making reservations less than 48 hours in advance.
Refunds: Payment is completed at the time of booking, but cancellations made up to 48 hours before the session are fully refundable. After that, no refunds will be issued. For details, please refer to the cancellation policy on each service page.
